Chocolate factory Since 2002, Fabienne Poix-Daude has established herself in Pontarlier as THE chocolatier, with a fine range of products and a beautiful white and glass boutique. The family business (Laura joined her mother) is renowned for its beautiful chocolate boxes; we also recommend the tablets, macaroons, cookies and confectionery, and the ice creams in summer.
