Gelateria
A veritable Versailles institution, dating back to the 19th century. For four generations, this family of Basque origin delighted gourmets in the château's park, then under the halls of the Notre-Dame market. The establishment has now been taken over by Laurent Courcaud, a former Ducasse and Ladurée employee. Some fifty flavors are on offer, from the most classic to the most original: black sesame, matcha tea, marron-rhum, violet, bergamot, litchi-rose, yuzu, lemon-basil...
