Cheese dairy Sanae Hisada has opened her boutique in the heart of Paris. A multi-medalist, notably of the Guilde des fromagers, this pure Nipponese is an expert in her field. She travels the length and breadth of France in search of French terroir specialties, helping to promote our cheeses in Japan.
