Building on his success in the 10th arrondissement, Anthony Courteille now has his own store in the Marais district, where you can discover all the rigor and artisan spirit of the house. The head baker works with ancient varieties, using a beechwood kneading trough and natural sourdough, to produce authentic, generous bread. The house also offers fine viennoiseries and pastries, as well as a small catering service at lunchtime.
