Sacre Bleu, a good old-fashioned swearword referring to their attachment to tradition and proximity to Saint-Sauveur Cathedral... the store of Antoine and Mathilde, a passionate young couple who got into the business by the back door. Now trained and fully invested in this attractive, beamed shop, they offer around a hundred cheeses, mostly AOP, and a few nuggets, a selection of local farmhouse goats' cheeses... The central cutting board makes it easy to talk to customers and get their advice. Other products include eggs from Trets (proximity++), delicatessen products, wines, beers, sandwiches, made-to-measure platters and, soon, a small terrace for enjoying a board and a glass of wine.
