Chocolate factory Fréderic Marr is the pioneer of raw chocolate in France. At Rrraw, raw cocoa beans are fermented, washed and sun-dried before being cold-ground by stone millstones with exclusively organic and vegetable additives. This final stage takes place in full view of our customers, who can't fail to be seduced by the rich palette of flavors. Raw cocoa beans in 30-count tins, vegetable truffles and 68% to 100% cocoa bars are all prepared from top-quality raw materials.
