Originally from the Basque country (with stores in Biarritz and Bayonne), this rotisserie has long since established its reputation with four units in Paris. Fine meats, particularly pork, lamb and poultry, as well as delicatessen preparations, are part of the regular and eagerly-awaited range. The neighborhood regularly comes for its portion of free-range chicken, ribs, chorizo sausage, duck breast, accompanied by prepared vegetables.
