Bakery World pastry champion in 2005, and MOF in 2007, Philippe Rigollot creates entremets of extreme finesse, such as the famous Mr Smith tart, with its cooked and raw apple marmalade layered on an almond cream and topped with a vanilla mousse topped with manzana, his apple granny tart with apple marmalade and vanilla mousse, or revisited classics such as paris-brest and saint-honoré. Philippe Rigollot also has a 2nd outlet in downtown Annecy, at 1 place Georges Volland.
