After 7 years at the Senate's gastronomic restaurant and experience with renowned caterers, Romain Merlet opened his company in 2024. He offers tailor-made services to individuals and professionals, from 20 to 1,000 people, throughout the Ile de France region. Each person composes their own meal, designed with quality products. "It's traditional French cuisine, revisited with a modern touch. I like to introduce people to new flavors, reinvent classics and play on taste and aesthetics," says Romain Merlet. Depending on the season, you can enjoy salmon gravlax or duck foie gras, forest veal mignon or lacquered duck breast, pavlova and chocolate entremets. Small bites, hot or cold, savory or sweet, are created for cocktail parties. Turnkey buffets are also available, either self-service or with a maître d'hôtel. It is also possible to order a meal "à l'assiette". Wines, champagne and cocktails, with or without alcohol, accompany all these delicious dishes. Gastronomic excellence to remember!
