A comprehensive, classic selection curated by Thibault Foucart, a passionate wine merchant and former entrepreneur who took over the shop—located across from the Marché Couvert—two years ago. Featuring major Burgundian estates and renowned châteaux, as well as a wide selection of affordable wines, Côtes de Toul, carefully selected Alsace wines, and champagnes. Excellent wines from every region, such as Arjolle in Languedoc or Montirius in the Rhône, and connoisseur-quality whiskeys, such as Kilchoman. The owner offers a very warm welcome and expert advice, including on craft beers.
