José Potier spent fifteen years as a dining room manager at Passédat before opening this delicatessen, with the idea of bringing together the very best of French production: cheeses matured by Josiane Déal, Petrossian products, Alain Milliat fruit juices, Edmond Fallot mustards, complemented by a selection of Spanish charcuterie from Tierra Virgen or Corsican honey from Valentini... as well as a fine choice of wines from the South of France.
