Chocolate factory From the root of the cacao tree to the square of chocolate, Matéo Cosnefroy's small workshop offers chocolate lovers a singular experience. This trained engineer sublimates Peruvian terroirs in pure-origin tasting bars of unique diversity. Other chocolate treats complete the range: praline-filled squares, spreads and tablets with local saffron or Menton lemon.
