The great Pralus house, its chocolates and pralines, needs no introduction. The great Roanne chocolatier is to be congratulated not only for its expansion, but also for its loyalty to the region, with 18 of its 23 stores located in Auvergne Rhone Alpes. In his Roanne stronghold, the whole Pralus universe is on show, with Pralunine, the famous pink praline brioche, exceptional chocolates ("everything is made in Roanne") and pastries, macaroons, croquants, confectionery... At Les Halles, the store doubles up as a bakery.
