The boulangerie pâtisserie where Maxime Frédéric, the excellent pastry chef at Cheval Blanc Paris alongside Arnaud Donckele, showcases his tasty creations, with a young team in his image, hard-working and committed. The bread is also top-notch, with fruit bread, rye pie and spelt, but you won't be able to resist these magnificent pastries, the chocolate charlotte, the strawberry cake and the vanilla flan, all made with carefully chosen ingredients. And of course, all the chocolate is to die for... and melt in your mouth!
