A little way from the center of Orléans, in a residential neighborhood, a patisserie dreamed up by the reconverted Pierre-Louis Adelle, a former manager in commerce, management and sales. For almost two years now, he has been winning over sweet tooths with creations such as Cara'Huète, the pistachio and orange blossom tartelette, the vanilla tout, cookies and some delicious flans, notably the pecan flan.
