Description
Pastry Pierre-Louis Adelle is like an orchestra conductor. Under his baton: products of exceptional quality, which he handles with expert skill. From the small sweet masterpieces he displays in his shop window, made in limited quantities to avoid waste, to the large pieces he produces to order, he delights his customers. He has been running his business with a master's touch since the recent opening of his boutique. A member of the Institut Culinaire de France, this passionate craftsman strives never to exceed the 10% sugar threshold in his creations. It's impossible not to mention his lemon-basil tart, the all-vanilla or the flan, also with Tahitian vanilla, in individual or shared formats. Plaisir Pâtisserie is so successful that it's advisable to order two weeks in advance. In his store in the Dunois district, Pierre-Louis also offers a fine range of travel cakes (cookies, cakes, brownies, financiers...) and his famous babkas, generous gourmet brioches. Genuine little works of sweet art.
