Delicatessen
The man who brought Basque charcuterie to Paris with his jambon des Aldudes (and also a little thanks to Gault&Millau) still has a good foothold in this chic, lively corner. The store is very traditional, which can also be reassuring, and the classics are there, with ham and other cured meats complemented by foies gras, confits and cooked dishes, Basque cake, wine and water from the Pyrenees.
