Pastry Pierre Hubert has been based in Dijon since 2012, after completing an apprenticeship with renowned chocolatiers and patissiers. And his childhood dream came true, as he became a pastry chef, reviving the tradition of tiered cakes for festive meals, sublimating a pistachio grapefruit tart or a revised and adapted millefeuille; and skilfully transforming crispy caramelized popcorn with mascarpone and caramel. When Son rêve becomes Notre réalité, the sweet pleasures of childhood return.
