Pastry A renowned chocolatier and patissier, Pierre Hubert completes his business in summer with ice creams that melt tourists' hearts. The patisserie is always tempting, with classics and specialties such as Nirvana vanille coco chocolat, or the delicious Samana, a chocolate mousse from the Dominican Republic, entremets, summer fruit tarts, and a wide range of macaroons. The "Tannéa" éclair is a delight. And the whole chocolate section is also worth a visit, with ganaches, pralines and tablettes. The 350 g assortment costs €36.40.
