Chocolate factory Pierre Chauvet is one of those great chocolatiers who delight gourmets of all stripes with their creations. Truffles (hazelnut pralines, chestnut cream and chestnut chips), gianduja pralines and soft caramel have all the finesse you'd expect. The mille-feuilles carré lait soufflé, carré lait noisettes or carré noir arabica are available individually or in balanced compositions.
