Carryout Just off Avenue Victor Hugo—Paris’s most luxurious gourmet destination—the renowned caviar house has set up a counter in its signature colors (turquoise and red) to offer enthusiasts a retail location closer to home than the Tour Maubourg. So let’s dive into tasting the house specialties: Baïka and Daurenki, Ossetra, Persicus, and Beluga at 11,500 per kilo (but who needs a whole kilo?). Round out the experience with some nibbles—tarama, blinis, Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and all the smoked fish served with blinis and steamed potatoes. Everything, of course, is also available to go so you can celebrate at home—right down to the crispy cookies and vanilla wafers in pretty gift boxes.
