Bakery
A well-established bakery, modernized over the decades and boasting almost 120 years of experience. The bread is baked over a wood fire, using the flours we love today (petit épeautre, khorasan, rye, cereals...). Traditional and sourdough for regulars, a good viennoiserie, brioche, palms, pasteis and even orange blossom bugnes. Sandwiches, croques, ciabatta, salads, quiche for lunch.
