Chocolate factory In a sort of clone of a New York loft, chocolate flows down the walls and out of a fountain, to spectacular visual effect. The pink boxes contain well-crafted chocolates, such as the toasted sesame praline or the creamy milk ganache with lime zest. Trained by Gérard Mulot, Sébastien Bouillet, the enfant terrible of Lyon's patisserie scene, has turned his seven boutiques into enchanting, meticulously-designed venues, in the image of his pastry creations, such as Broadway, a brownie and blueberry cookie with grand cru chocolate mousse and creamy chocolate.
