On either side of 27 rue Thiers, just opposite the Château-Vieux, sisters Joëlle and Maïtena Erguy have set up one of the most exciting addresses in the Basque Country, with a savoury boutique and a sweet store, reinventing classics and proposing new creations. On the shelves: saint-honoré, pavlova, Bayonne-Brest, choc noisette, catered dishes, salads and surprise breads, petits fours and canapés.
