Clément Mazzoni and Yoko met at the MOF Jean-Paul Hévin, before going their own way and opening their boutique in Le Havre, a stone's throw from the beach. From their years in Paris, the city and pastry couple have retained a fine sense of presentation and real savoir-faire, which they apply to visual and technical creations such as the galet with praline, pecan and black sesame, or the pine cones with milk chocolate, salted butter caramel and hazelnut.
