Pastry Morestel, a charming little town surrounded by small villages, offers an enchanted interlude. Adeline and Nils welcome you to their beautiful establishment opened in 2023, their very first business. L'Essentiel offers superb home-made pastries and viennoiseries, made exclusively with local, seasonal produce. Best-sellers include egg-free custard flan, Paris-Brest with Piedmont hazelnuts and the must-have lemon tart. In this kingdom of chocolate, there's no need to wait for Christmas or Easter: it's unthinkable not to be tempted by one of our chocolate bars or by a few tasty, gourmet sweets. And if you're feeling peckish, there's a lovely snacking corner to enjoy at lunchtime.
