Our favorite is Mondial, created in 1998, a delicate blend of crunchy praline, chicory bavaroise and chocolate, and on the chocolate side, Frivolités Lensoises (chestnut and juniper truffles) and Cœurs de Braise, sugar-free chocolate bites flavored with yarrow.
