Pastry In this beautiful, welcoming home, you'll find mouth-watering classic cakes, but you'll soon discover what really gets the crowds going: the specialties of the "maître pâtigoustier". Our favorite is the créquillon (praline puff pastry, original Caribbean chocolate sabayon, roasted and caramelized hazelnut mousseline), but also the "Frivolités Lensoises" (chestnut and juniper truffles) and "Cœurs de Braise" (sugar-free chocolate bites flavored with yarrow).
