Pastry In Romans, the house of origin, as in Valence, the location is choice and the store vast and chic. A great local name in patisserie and chocolate-making, which recently celebrated its 60th anniversary. High-quality chocolates, acclaimed macaroons and pastries that are a gourmet's dream, in both small and large formats: try the mille-feuille, the tarte framboise, the Plaisir chocolat vanille, the Romanaise, a tropézienne-style pogne, and many other specialties with evocative names, such as the Rose baiser or the Rendez-vous.
