Pastry This renowned company celebrated its fiftieth anniversary in 2012. Founded by Daniel Guillet, an outstanding chocolatier, it is now the son, Luc, who is at the helm, cultivating the respect for tradition passed on by his father, working with rigor, favoring straightforward tastes. Numerous awards have rewarded this remarkable work. We're particularly partial to the Melle Lou, an orange marzipan bonbon coated in Gianduja feuillantine, and the Vercors, a vanilla ganache with caramel and Royans walnuts, an excellent local product.
