A pastry chef in a number of prestigious establishments, this master chocolatier decided in 1995 to set up home in Bergerac, on rue Valette, before opening this boutique on rue Sainte-Catherine. With a solid CV in his pocket and a few well-executed recipes under his chef's hat, his fine, well-balanced chocolates - never too sweet, like his pastries - have ensured his success.
