Cyril Devessier has returned to his Auvergne roots, after spending several years at Fauchon. Supported by his wife Florence, he opened a patisserie in 2015 that focuses on meticulous decoration, both in the shop window and in the pastries, with revisited classics that respect the seasons. Beautiful ganaches.
