By training with Philippe Conticini, Rémi Chapuis learned the basics of pastry seasoning. Having set up shop with his wife Sandrine in the former Les Ducs patisserie ten years ago, his expertise was recognized at the Goût et Santé Maaf 2019 competition, where he won first prize with his "Kokoro" tart.
