Gault&Millau's review

Pastry One of 9 stores owned by talented young pastry chef Sébastien Bouillet. The store is such an eye-catcher with its swirl of colors... and the flavors are not to be outdone! The boss's favorites? Salted butter caramel, vanilla, chocolate, peppers, teas and mikan, a Japanese citrus fruit from his favorite country (which is featured in five pastries). He revisits classics like the Saint Honoré and invents tomorrow's, like the Broadway or the Mistral.
