Pastry Tokyo-born Sadaharu Aoki has made a name for himself around the world for his splendid Franco-Japanese pastries, combining the great French recipes with Japanese products. Examples include green tea cream puff, egg cream with green tea, vanilla and red bean paste, black sesame éclair and mont-blanc with matcha cream. Three other boutiques in Paris and one in Malakoff.
