Pastry Sadaharu Aoki opened his first Parisian boutique in 2001. The all-white interior contrasts sharply with the bold colors of his pastries. Prepared with ingredients from the French terroir, they subtly incorporate Japanese products. Bambou, for example, is a green tea opera; Matcha Azuki, a green tea-red bean cake; and the classic macaroons are combined with tea, puffed rice or wasabi.
