This is Sadaharu Aoki's very first address, opened in 2001 and a proud testimony to twenty years of success in the capital. The immaculate boutique embodies the spirit of the pastry chef: elegance, minimalism and rigor, all of which are evident in his pastries, where French and Japanese traditions intermingle. The brand has four other establishments in the capital.
