We rewarded this patisserie a few years ago, and it's still a gourmet affair, with a majority of organic ingredients. The bread is excellent and well baked, including specials such as Ty Fauve with small spelt, Lodève bread, Petit Marcel with wheat and rye or Brasseur, and you can settle in with a cup of tea, coffee or chocolate and one of the creations of the moment: Menton, shortbread with lemon cream, Tiajin flan with meadowsweet caramel salted butter or Medellin praline with pumpkin chantilly..
