Cheese dairy This is the story of a trio of professionals, brought together by Pierre Bresson. Born of a winegrower father, Pierre Bresson was introduced to the finer things in life from an early age, particularly wine and... cheese, he conceived the idea of a cheese boutique-bar (matured on site). With Caroline and Romains (2 other cheese enthusiasts). And so the bar was born, where you can taste on the premises, buy to take home, or take courses in caseology (knowledge of terroirs, cheese making, tasting techniques, good pairings) in the cellar. All that's left to do is taste, because cheese should always be the last word.
