Bakery
Renaud Garcia's bakery and patisserie recently opened its doors. Its aim? To promote Corsican regional flavors! A Compagnon du Tour de France des Devoirs Unis, the baker invites his customers to discover other specialities from the continent and beyond. Renaud works with traditional and organic flours, respecting the quality of his raw materials. The range of breads on offer includes long-fermented sourdough breads, stone cakes, roasted grain breads and ciabatta, as well as aromatic breads such as olive and tomato breads. Pure butter viennoiseries are homemade with noble ingredients: gâche, brioche or croissants with candied orange and chocolate. As for pastries, the Cervione hazelnut millefeuille or the Fiadone, a brocciu and lemon cake, will delight your taste buds. A wide range of snacks is available: herb tarts, migliacci, bruschetta, focaccia... Tasting area on the terrace.
