A bakery rightly in vogue, with a studied presentation, but putting quality first, in the choice of flours and bakes. You'll find organic sourdough bread, multigrain, khorasan or petit épeautre, brioche and viennoiserie (we love the pistachio chocolate roll, fougasse from Aigues-Mortes, babka choco noisette), and pizzas at lunchtime. For vegans, special pastries. Snacking to go or on site Tuesday to Friday.
