Bakery This family bakery continues to make headlines... for the better. In 2015, Joël, the young son of Schwalbach, was awarded the title of MOF in bakery, a title acquired at the same time as his brother, owner of a bakery in Forbah. The breads are as beautiful as they are good, organic sourdough breads, perfect tradition, award-winning viennoiseries and entremets. The family has much to be proud of, and so do the people of Rohrbach.
