This family bakery continues to make headlines. Joël, the young son of the Schwalbach family, was awarded the title of MOF in bakery in 2015, at the same time as his brother, owner of a bakery in Forbach. The breads are as beautiful as they are good, organic sourdough, perfect tradition, award-winning viennoiseries, entremets. The family has every reason to be proud, as do the people of Rohrbach.
