Joël, the young son of the Schwalbach family, was awarded the title of MOF in bakery in 2015, at the same time as his brother, owner of a bakery in Forbach. The breads are as beautiful as they are good, organic sourdough, perfect tradition, award-winning viennoiseries, entremets. The family has every reason to be proud, as do the people of Rohrbach.
