The 2007 MOF now runs two stores in Auxerre and Sens, where you can discover all the technique and experience of a passionate chocolatier. The master ensures a serious and reputable production, as much for the beautiful chocolate boxes as for the pastries, for small and big occasions. Also on offer are macaroons, confectionery and delicacies (mendiants, caramelized, bourguignottes, spreads...).
