Oil mill Olivier Bardin, the man who resurrected the Sisco onion, an endemic variety that was on the verge of extinction. This major challenge has made him a true conservator of biodiversity and... gastronomic heritage. Grown naturally, the delicious golden onions of Cap Corse are a success and their reputation extends beyond the borders of the Isle of Beauty. 6 ha of land are also devoted to olive cultivation for the production of PDO extra virgin olive oil. In recognition of this, the establishment has been awarded the "Appellation de Qualité" by the Collège Culinaire de France. On-site sales by appointment.
