They're nougat farmers, and proud of it! Attached to their beautiful region of Provence, they give pride of place to a flagship product: nougat. This skilful blend of honey, sugar syrup, egg whites and almonds, handed down from generation to generation, is a delight for even the most demanding gourmets. The almonds are harvested in the neighboring village, and the beehives are located just a stone's throw away.
