It’s one of the top spots for flan in Paris, founded by Gauthier Rosario and Pierre-Jean Quinonero. There are, of course, many other pastries to discover, but the flan is truly the star of the menu: vanilla flan, vanilla-pistachio marbled flan, passion fruit flan, or apricot flan, as well as the strawberry cake and the frozen maritozzo.
