Created by Gauthier Rosario and Pierre-Jean Quinonero, Nèulo's mission is to showcase the master pastry chef's creations. Today, Pierre-Jean Quinonero is the head pastry chef at the Grand Hotel in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and the boutique is an opportunity to discover his world, and in particular his raspberry, blueberry, hazelnut and strawberry tart flans.
