Philippe Néel is a creator. The son of a chocolatier, his first professional steps took him into the world of industry, before he made a comeback. Following an opportunity, he plunged into the world of cocoa, trained in part by his father and others in the trade. This lover of art and reading translates his interests into creations that are sculptural, bold and full of flavor. Ganache with Ethiopian mocha; tea infusion or peach pulp; candied lemon and ginger or tangerine, milk choco caramel demonstrate a frank and delicious lineage.
