Natacha Bieber took over the Kirn butcher shop, where she had previously worked as an apprentice, and has since turned it into one of the most prominent butcher shops in downtown. Both a skilled businesswoman and a conscientious artisan, the young butcher honed her craft under Hugo Desnoyers and Yves-Marie Le Bourdonnec, and now offers ethically sourced products that highlight high-quality meats and sustainable farming practices. They offer exquisite cuts of meat: Cantal pork ribs, lamb chops, aged beef… As well as charcuterie (brioché sausage, blood sausage, calf’s head, ham in crust, stuffed meats, etc.). Warm welcome.
