Gault&Millau's review

Producer A range of olive oils produced in the modern section of the mill or in the old section, where a granite millstone dating from 1944 and weighing 1.2 metric tons stands. Guillaume and Magali Kauffmann, the mill’s owners, have their own olive groves—4,500 trees spread over 13 hectares—featuring a variety of cultivars, including Picholine, Aglandau, Frantoio, and Cayet Roux. Whether in cans or bottles, the various oils are available at the mill’s store. The numerous medals won each year reassure enthusiasts.
