Pastry A great pastry chef and a minor celebrity, Mori Yoshida, best pastry chef 2018 on the eponymous TV show, has his quarters in this Avenue de Breteuil stall. Here, he recomposes classics from the French repertoire, with an impressive sense of detail and creativity. The catalog changes with the seasons, with a few must-haves: the famous "Beige" with chocolate and Earl Grey tea mousse, the paris-brest with lemon, and thus the chocolate and raspberry tart, an apricot tart, or the rhubarb tart.
