Each Moisan boutique produces bread on site, according to a common set of specifications. Sourdough bread is the company's flagship product, along with Saint-Jean bread baked on a traditional floor. Flute on poolish, rye, hazelnut, cereal and spelt bread with raisins, all meet Moisan's criteria and our customers' tastes.
