Chocolate factory
The "Pruneau à l'armagnac" chocolate bonbon refers to the South-West, the birthplace of one of her first instructors, while the matcha tea and yuzu macaroons echo her native Japan. Mitsuha Letuppe, who has worked at Chaudun and Jean-Paul Hévin since arriving in France in 2000, is a chocolate addict. She opened her own boutique at the end of 2014, in a decor with a very contemporary feel, with beige and brown tones that immediately absorb visitors. Great finesse in the bonbons, fruit jellies and macaroons, and the yuzu specialties are outstanding. A great success for this young, dynamic company to discover.
