Pastry
The family adventure began in 1989 in La Crau, and now extends to Hyères and Le Mourillon. Their children, Kevin and Jessica, take over the business, offering a range of fine pastries, including praliné d'antan, feuilletine, baba au rhum, raspberry and whipped cream tarts, black forest, coffee eclairs... And don't forget the confectionery and chocolates.
