In 2024, Matéo Lagadic, winner of the silver medal for Best Apprentice in Brittany in bakery and the bronze medal for chocolate, opened his own bakery, patisserie, chocolate and ice-cream shop in his native land, after working in Switzerland. From 6.30 a.m. to 8 p.m., he and his team invite you to discover their traditional breads made with natural sourdough and buckwheat, including the fruit and gorse flower bread - a real discovery! While his classic pastries will melt your taste buds, his signature creations are sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free. Buckwheat shortbread is a must! For gifts, think of his Swiss chocolates, especially sugar-free! "I want athletes and all dieters to be able to enjoy themselves," confides Matéo Lagadic. The ice creams and sorbets are also homemade, and the snacking corner invites you to savour salads, poke bowls and paninis made with local meats and trout. The house is also your partner for successful events (buffets, pièces montées...).
