You have to meet Olivier Jeantet to understand the wines of Mas Haut-Buis. As the saying goes, we like wines that look like the winemakers who made them, and Olivier is just such a figure! Somewhat lost in the foothills of the Larzac, the 12 ha of vines are spread across terroirs that have been removed from all human activity. This high-altitude vineyard is made up of a dozen plots, many of which are over 60 years old, yet all preserve a rare finesse and freshness.
